How long does the treatment last?

Depending on what area you are treating, it can be up to 2 hours. The first hour is the numbing portion of the appointment with topical lidocaine

Will it hurt?

Everyone is different on how they respond to each treatment. Everyone has a different pain tolerance. With that being said, Emily is a licensed and trained nurse practitioner that has the ability to inject lidocaine if the topical treatment isn’t enough. We want to make sure that not only are you comfortable, but that you get the results you need.

What are the most common side effects?

This is based on the area you have chosen to get treated. Most common side effects include: redness, swelling, scabbing, darkening of pigment, or lightening of skin.

If I have redness, bruising, scabbing, or swelling how long will that take to resolve?

This is based on what area is being treated. With the face and neck, redness and swelling might take up to 2 weeks to resolve. The body could take up to 4 weeks to resolve, based on what concern you are treating.

What if something goes wrong?

If there is a concern, we can always schedule a follow up to make sure the concern is handled correctly! We are very hands on with our clients’ treatments and follow ups. We want to make sure that all clients are safe and receive the care that they deserve.
